Evangelos Ribeiro Tzaras 5ab908a294 ci: Unbreak CI after Debian Bullseye release 
- Get rid of the dependencies from experimental
- Use PureOS Byzantium image for arm64 packaging job
  (as this will probably fix the spurious CI failures)
